Introduction

I've always been fascinated by CAE research and am interested in learning more about how they work and interact with the outside environment. Creating, improvising, and developing more sophisticated ones is an area that I would like to explore more through research. I opted for Mechanical Engineering as my undergraduate degree. After achieving 1st class degree in my B.E, I worked in a support team for DRDO - CARS project at Velammal Institute of technology (as a CAE support engineer from Conquer Technologies, Chennai) for one year and then continued to get a master’s degree in Materials Science from Central University of Tamil Nadu. I did my final year project in CSIR-CLRI polymer science and technology department during my university studies. I am interested in building my career as a CAE Research Person. I've taken a variety of activities to further my career, including a short-term course named "Repair and Maintenance of Diesel Engine" at ATI - Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and online courses such as "Surface Engineering of Nanomaterials" at NPTEL - IIT Roorkee and "Manufacturing of Composites" at NPTEL - IIT Kanpur. During my master's programme, I presented a poster entitled "Inconel Matrix based Composite Materials: A Comparison Study of Microstructural and Mechanical Properties" at my university's International Conference on Recent Trends in Materials Science (ICRAMS)-2020. During my time on the DRDO project's support team, I gave seminars on "View of Matlab on Finite Element Analysis" as well as basic hands-on training. Similarly, as part of my master's programme, I conducted weekly seminars in the topics of Additive Manufacturing, LabView software. In CSIR-CLRI, I have worked on material extraction, doping and polymer composite film synthesis and characterisation.
