Project 2_Creating a 3D rendered model for a Residential Building in AutoCad

AIM-

TO CREAT 3D MODEL OF 

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING 

WITH A RENDERED VIEW .

-INTRODUCTION -

MAIN AIM TO THIS 

QUESTION IS THAT 

TO CREAT A 3D  MODEL OF 

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING 

USING AUTO CAD 3D.SOFTWARE.

-:PROCEDURE :

-Creat a plan of building 

and convert it into 

a region by region command .

-extrude building it required height 

in here 11' by using of extrude command .

-creat plinth level below the building .

-creat doors and windows 

1st door and window will be created 

in 2d or top view give colours hatch co.

or layers .

next extrude it and  rotate 

by 3drotate co in 90 degree 

angle so it easily placed .

-select a corner point of windows and 

doors and placed windows or door 

by copy or move commands 

at required position of walls .

-once whole building is created 

than strart  makaing  floor and 

ceilings using box commands .

-creat a roof   make 1st plith wall 

in here we make 

a reactangle above of walls at top

walls and make copy ofthis reactangle

and in the  copy reactangle

give a offset of 9" equlto  walls

and give region to these two

reactangles 

-next sbtract inner reactangle to 

outer reactangle . , during 

subtraction , inner reactangle 

subtract when  click outer surface 

of screen of auto cad  to inner 

surface of small reactangle .

-next we extrude thest region  at 

required height 3to 4' for plinthwall .

-now plith wall is created  go to 

top surface of wall where we creat a

reactangle and extrude it and slab is created .

-now we apply created plith wall at top of

walls by move command .

-now we apply material to RMAT 

OR MATERIAL COMMANDS .

-NOW  marerial is applied all parts of building

start putting on light .

-after putting lights created the 

rendered view using RR COMMANDS .

OR directly selecting tool  in 

visualitization tab in menu bar .

RESULTS -

THE MODEL OF 3D RESIDENTIAL

BUILDING IS CREATED .

MOSTLY DIFFRENT DIFFRENT 

COMMANDS ARE USED TO 

CREATED THIS MODEL .

IN HERE , WHEN  I AM  GIVE RR RENDER COMMANDS THAN AUTO CAD SCREEN IS COMPLETLY  HANGED 

AND SCREEN STARTED ROTATING IN CIRCULAR MOTION , AND NOW IT IS TURNED OFF  AUTOMATICALLY 

 AFTER 15TO 20 MINUTES .AND  NOT SAVE FILE , ONLY 2D HOME MAP WAS OPENING 

AND SAME THING HAPPENED  TO ME IN MORNING .

SO COULD NOT  TAKE SCREEN SHOT .
