this is a G+1 residential plan according to Vasthu shastra.
adopt some guideline when we draw a plan according to vaastu shastra .
1. Living room --facing must be north and north west direction.
-- drawn in this type face is north
--Entrance main door face should be north .
2.Prayer room --
--north or north east is good .
-- facing is east when we will meditate or prayer .
-- light yellow ,green ,white or beige colour are option.
3. Kitchen --
-South -east direction is very good position for kitchen .
-in here water sink is keep away of gas
--fridge is placed in south west corner of kitchen .
4.mastwr bedroom --
it is position in our home is south -west and south and west south west direction in our home .
if we provided our master bedroom in SW than this is good for health and prosperity .
Avoid placing mirror or TV. in front of bed .
5.Guest bed room --
- North west is best direction for guest room.
6. Study room-
-place study table in north and east or north -east or west direction.
-table should be squre and reactangular shape .
-7. Toilets--
-- west - North -West direction is best and also south-west -south direction.
8. Staircase --South west is best.
9.center of house should be empty as it is considered most powerful and holiest place.
this is a first floor same as a ground floor [according to vaastu shastra G+1 plan ]
B.] name of structural drawing requried to site for construction .---
1. center line drawing .
2.footing and column lay out with reinforcement details .
3.column schedule with reinforcement .
4.plinth beam layout with reinforcement details .
5.first floor beam layout with reinforcement details .
6.frist floor slab layout with reinforcement details.
7.lift pit and head room reinforcement details .
c . Calculation of individual loads ----
-wall thickness is taken = 230 mm
-floor to floor height = 3 m.
-individual load is acting on a member is dead load of member .
- it is self weight or permament load acting on a structure thourgh out the life span .
Dead load is calculate IS 875 part 1
- DEAD LOAD = QUANTITY OF EACH MATERIAL WITH THE UNIT WEIGHT OF THIS MATERIAL .
1. COLUMN - assume size of column= 230 mm x 230mm
and height is = 6m.
total volume of concerete =0.23 *.23 * 6 =0.3174 m^3
Dead load of column =volume of concerete x unit weight of RCC
=0.3174 * 25 =7. 935 kN
2. Beam ---
Assuming size of beam = 230mm x450 mm
unit weight of concerete = 25 KN/M^3
dead load of beam = [.23 m x .45 m] x 25
=2.587 KN/M
------LINTEL BEAM assuming size = 230 mm x 150 mm
DEAD LOAD = .230 m x .150 m x 25 KN/M^3
=0.8625 kN/m
3 . Slab ---
- assuming slab thickness = 125 mm
Dead load of slab = 0.125 * 25 = 3.125 kN/m^2
4.WAll -- assume height is 3 m ,for 1 sorey , and thickness is 230 mm.
unit weight of brick = 20 KN/M^3
dead load of wall = 3m *.230 m* 20 kn/m^3
=13 .8 kn/m
-----Parapet wall = assume height 750mm ,and thickness is 230mm
so dead load of parapet wall = 0.75 x0.23 x 20 = 3.45 kn/m
5. STair case -
assume thread = 300mm , riser =150mm , and Waist slab thickness =150mm
unit weight of concerete = 25 kn/m^3
-- waist slab act as a one way slab
-- Dead load of waist slab = 0.15 *25* [riser2+tread2]12/ tread
= 0.15 x 25 x [0.15 ^2 +0.3^2 ]^ (1/2) /0.3
=4.185 Kn/m^@
---Dead load of steps = 1/2 *riser thickness *unit weight of concerete
=1/2 * 0.15 *25
=1.875 kN/m^2
---Dead load of landing slab , assuming thickness = 125 mm .
unit weight of concerete =25 kn/m^3
so dead load of landing slab = 0.125 * 25 = 3.125 kN/m^2
RESULT -- FIND INDIVIDUAL LOAD FOR CORRESPONDING MEMBERS --
1. column = 7.94 kn
2.a beam =2.587 kN/m
b. lintel beam =0.8625 kN /m
3 . Slab - 3.125 kN/m^2
4. a wall =13 .8 kn/m
b. parapet wall =3.45 kn /m
5. staircase --a. waist slab =4.185 kn/m^2
b. steps =1.875 kn/m^2
c.Landing slab = 3.125 kn/m^2
