Creating Bar Bending schedule, Different Door types, and Creation of standard drawing templates using AutoCad

AIM:

Creat template as per question ,

take size of title block as per industry.

assume it  as per paper size .

-use text  where required , after creat 

a title block save it and give name 

custom -1 and custom -2 title block .

 

INTRODUCTION -

The main aim  to this question is that 

draw title sheet  and then add 

text using attribute command .

once ytext will added than next 

whole figure is converted into a 

block.

step by step procedure followed ,

it same given below.

 

PROCEDURE -

.TAKE line command  draw outer boundry of sheet .

.now using trim , fillet , offset , and line  co.

draw whole sheet .

.now use attribute co. 

which is given  in insert menu .

give  diffrent attribute  and add all text 

with help of attribute command .

.once all attribute  is added  change 

whole sheet into a 

block .

using creat block tool in insert menu.

 

.creat a block and give name custom -1 

title block.

.when block is created , edit attribute table 

will popup which will ask all question which

we added in prompt  while creating attribute .

.give answers  ,creat sheet as per requirement .

.now 2nd sheet follows same procedure .

'as end give name of block  of second sheet as 

custom -2 title block .

 

RESULTS -

CREAT DOOR TYPES  FOR WAREHOUSE IS SHOWN IN FIGURE .

CREAT EVERY DOOR AS PER A STANDARD SIZE .

CREAT BLOCKS .

 

INTRODUCTION -

MAIN  aim of this question is that 

draw elevation of diffrent types doors .

-which have designed panels ,and normal flush 

types of doors.

and next converted into block .

 

PROCEDURE -

.TAke a rectangle command , 

next draw a reactangle of size 2330x2750.

.explode reactangle and take offset 

50mm as a frame .

take div co. for division  in 4 parts 

and take offset 25 mm in both sides 

of every lines  so in this way we make 

shutters of doors .

.next creat a small reactangle  which shown 

panels .offset 20mm form  1st reactangle 

and next offset 100mm to 2nd reactangle .

.Draw  lines and joined corners of reactangle .

.creat block so we will make easy  to copy 

and next copy .creat lock by reactangle co. 

fillet corners radius 5mm .

-for second door same procedure will be followed .

 

.all frmes are copied next .

.creating blocks -

give co. B FOR block 

give name door 1 , and door 2 ,

pick point .-select corner point .

select object -select full object 

select scale uniformly and allow exploding.

CREAT EACH SYMBOL AS A  BLOCK  WITH NAME 

GIVEN IN LEGEND ,AND ARRANGE THEM AS SHOWN IN FIGURE .

 

INTRODUCTION -

-MAIN AIM TO DRAW A TABLE IS CALLED SYMBOL LEGENDS .

-IN THIS TABLE DIFFRENT TYPES OF SYMBOLS 

WHICH ARE COMMONLY USED IN PLOTTING 

DRAWING ON SHEET .AND  CONVERTED IN TO 

A BLOCK .

 

PROCEDURE:

-IN use of line  co. 

draw  a outer bounddry  of table .

-now using  line and offset ,trim drw a 

whole table .

-once table is drawn  start drawing off diffrent types of symbols .

-once draw all symbols ,make each symbol as  block 

and give name as per specified in code .

and save them as a block .

-next we added name of each symbols .

-next click on insert menu  and go to field tool 

-as tool start , it ask to  select a option from 

drop down list .

-selt an option on both list  than select block 

, we want to added the name .

-once select object  , list will ask 

what you want to add .click on name option,

-name will be than added once .

you click in where you type name.

-added name of each symbols .

where all symbols are blocks 

that are name according to  is standard .

Creat door types  for a residential building  as a blocks 

save name of block as type .

use given or assume dimensions  as per 

industry standard .

INTRODUCTION -

FOLLOWING Question main aim to draw a 

elevation  of diffrent types door ,

which some has designed panels 

and some are normal flush door  and 

all six doors are drawn and converted into a block .

 

PROCEDURE -

-Take a reactangle co. and draw 

a reactangle .

-take offset 2" and 1.5" to draw the frame of door 

'

-now  draw design of panels by use of  line ,

fillet , offset ,trim commands.

-next door nob is created.

-whole doors is ready is converted in to 

a block .using  block B COMMAND 

and choosing  creat block  section in insert menu .

-for all door are followed same procedure 

to start to end use extra commands like arc  etc,

 

RESULTS-

WE CAN GET 6 DIFFRENT TYPES OF BLOCKSOF  DOORS  

USE OF BLOCK COMMAND . WHICH CAN BE USED

-once all bars are  drawn 

than next makeing each of a block 

as specified in code and save them block .

 

--now bars are formed as block but 

still the data is yet to be added to 

table for all.

-use attribute co. given 

insert menu .

-diffrent attributes shown in sheet  and 

thus added text using attributew co.

-once text is added , then next change 

whole sheet into a block using creat blocks tool 

from insert  menu.

-creat blocks.

-when blocks is created , added attribute table is pop up.

-which will ask all questions  which you added in prompt 

while creating attribute .

 

-give answers ,creat sheet as per required by we .

 

RESULTS-WHOLE SHEET IS DRAWING USING 

ATTRIBUTE STYLE OF ADDING TEXT .
