PROCEDURE-

-STEP1

select units in metric , and  drawing in meter .

select limits  

and zoom all .

STEP2

Drawing a plot is size is 18.3mx6m, with help of recangle command  , also mark direction .

 

sTEP3

Draw wall offsets .25m , for wall thickness .

DRAWING LIVING ROOM 

As the orientation is east ,so main door should 

face east and given offset  3m  in west 

room size is 3mx4m 

-for opening is createted  by offseting 1.5m from the wall

and trim also.

 As per vasstu shastra  north -east is  favouurable for living 

room  and 

entrance should be North or east .

 

DRAWING DINING  ROOM -

give an offset  3m , in living room wall 

and a offset is also give  4.5 m is main wall 

creat dining room size is  4.5x3m 

and door opening of 1m is provide  north wall 

of living .

 

DRAWING KITCHEN 

-offset 2m horizontally from dinning wall and 

4m vertically 

size = 2x4m 

trim 1m door opening .

ACCORDING to vaastu shastra  soutch east is  ideal place 

for cooking ,and facing east .

 

STEP7-DRawing master bedroom and toilet -

from south wall give a offset 4m , 

widh is 4m ,joining kitchen .

size =4x4m 

opening .80m 

for toilet draw a offset in horizontally 2m 

and 1.5 m in dining wall .

size =1.5x2m

-N-E Should  be avoided for toilet aacording to vasstu 

-according to vaastu shastra ideal position of bed room 

is soutch west .

NORTH  EAST  SHOULD BE GOOD FOR PUJA

STRUCTURAL DRAWING

1.COLUMN LAYOUT 

PLACING COLUMN  of size .25x.25mm ,

placed in all corners  and intersection of walls  

whereever required .

 

draw center lines ,in annotab tab .

 

-mark grd lines 1,2--in y dir.

and a,b c,d ,e f in x direction.

make a layer for column and place column .

 

2 FOOTING LAYOUT -

MAke isolate footing of size .50x.50m  and creat rec. 

and place it centers of column.

 

3.PLINGTH BEAM LAYOUT      

PLINTH BEAM IS PROVIDED BELOW ALL THE BEAM 

1st connect columns by beams is width  .25m 

and thickness is .25m 

-creat a layers for beam  and put plinth beam 

in that layers.
