1) Using Dynamo create a set of sinusoidal points
and create a curve and create a surface out
of the curve.
PROCEDURE -
-OPEN REVIT
-goto MANAGE TAB > OPEN DYNAMO
in visual programming .
-start process inserting 3 integers slider
-give name start ,end , step.
-
-type RANGE , AND CLICK range block
-and connect 3 integer to range block .
-search ,point by coordinates
and connect range to point by
coordinates .
-produced sin wave to ponts .
-for sin wave , searching
MATH.SIN IN search box.
-insert integer slider
-add point by coordinates .
-add and join blocks as per requirement .
-add another point by coordinate and
connect it axis
-now this convert to curve
-it can be done by nurbs curve
-connect point by
coordinate block as input nurbs
curve .
-a line will devloved connecting points .
-now creat list connect both lines
-add the poly surface by loft .
and connect geometry .
RESULT
create a set of sinusoidal points
and create a curve and create a surface out
of the curve.

2) Create a conceptual layout of floor plan in dynamo .
Using the tools available in dynamo link the lines to
appropriate model elements in Revit by choosing the
wall types and wall parameters.
Make use of the sliders to slide through
the height of the wall and length of the wall.
PROCEDURE -
Go to MANAGE TOOL > DYNAMO
in visual programming .
-search integer slider and inserting 2
integer slider ,
-insert point by coordinate , and
give name as per squre wall .
-now insert 4 lines by start point ,
end point , in search panel .
-input points as lines are connected
and creat a squre .
-now creat list , join all
4 lines to list .
-now inser wall by curve and height .
-and wall type ,and levels .
-connect all4 with wall by curve and
height .
-up this coding , squre wall is created .
-now insert floor type block
chosse floor type
insert floor by outline type and
levels are outline curve , floor
type and levels .
-parameters of outline type and level
are outline curve
-now floor is created .
RESULT -
Create a conceptual layout of floor plan in dynamo .

Use dynamo to vary the properties of model elements
by using the slider or code block
PROCEDURE -
Creat 4 column
-go to manag tab > launch dynamo
-select
model elements , click select option .
goto revit file , select all4 column .
-we seen in dynamo during selection
of column , have assign particular
ID NO.
-now add rotate
attach a slider , degree of rotation .
attach both slider
-select model elements option .
-slider gives degree of rotation .
-in revit file we seen rotate column .
RESULT-
Created an array of model elements in Revit.
4) Create a conceptual mass in Revit and develop
a parametric column by dividing the surfaces and
apply the concepts similar to used in parametric
walkway modelling. Use triangular bent or square
shaped panels to add finish to the parametric column
PROCEDURE -
-OPEN new revit file .
-click file > new > conceptual
mass file
- now creat a level if necessary .
-now on level one creat creat a curve .
-add geometry to all points
by setting plane on that points .
-and select all geometry and and
than select line and than creat solid form .
-now click solid form , add details line.
-now select all details lines and
than change its property to
triangular form in property
browser ,.
-use similar way to creat column,.
RESULT
Created a conceptual mass in Revit and develop
a parametric column by dividing the surfaces and
apply the concepts similar to used in parametric
walkway modelling. Use triangular bent or square
shaped panels to add finish to the parametric column

5) Use Dynamo to work on developing a
Parametric Stadium. List your parameters
and use the visual programming approach
to complete the modelling, You can use the

tower in class for reference.
PROCEDURE -
Open new revit file .
-manage tab > dynamo
-in dynamo open new file .
-add 2 no . of integer slider for levels and
height for building .
-now add code block with code
0..#levels..heigh;
-attch level , height to code block .
-now creat 4 no. of integer slider
for lenth , width , top rotation
and bottom rotation .
-creat a reactangle by width and
lenth and attch width and length .
-creat a point by coordinating
and attaching that with code block .
-
-attch that coordinating by origon.
-then attach that that reactangle origon .
- levels of reactangle can be seen .
-now creat code block for rotation .
-than creat Z AXIS VECTOR AND
ORIGON POINT .
-Now finally creat loft
BY THE CROSSSECTION OF THE
GEOMETRY
-A twisting shape parametric model
can we seen .
RESULT -
A PARAMETRIC STADIUM WAS
CREATED BY USING DYNAMO.
