AIM: To Create the screw boss and Dog House for the Centre console coin holder considering the design rules.
Procedure:
Create tooling axis:
Tooling direction is the direction in which mold opens or Core and Cavity opens.
Procedure
Creation of Screw Boss:
Design rules for the screw boss and rib.

Creation of dog house:
Design rules for the Doghouse.
"C" is where the doghouse contacts the backside of the surface
Doghouse wall thickness at the intersection of the part wall ( C ) should be 40% or less than the main wall stock ( T ).
Height of ( B ) should be between 3.0 – 6.0 mm
Procedure
To move the Screw bosses and dog houses use 'translate' option.

Draft analysis:
For the draft analysis of dog house, Outer surface can be cleared using main tooling axis but for the inner part we have create separate tooling axis.
Tooling axis is created using Bisecting method.

CONCLUSION:
Screw boss and Doghouse is created for the coin holder and Draft analysis is performed for the same.
