AIM: Create a 3D Furniture element as shown in the Figure.
Introduction: using auto cad 3D modelling draw a 3D furnture element by using polysolid command and dimension command for dimensioning the object
Procedure :
Step 1) open auto cad (2019) with imperical
set unit as engineering (feet,inches)
and go for 3D modelling
step2) go to solid command
select polysolid option
and give width as 2" and height as 2'6"
and draw a line in 2D wireframe
first start origine point draw a line of 3'X3'X3' and also at top make a rectangle of 3'X3'
with 2" line width
and then go for hidden option so only front side is visble and adjust by using 3Dorbit
then give dimension by setting UCS and using DIMalined command
Result: we create a furniture by using polysolid command with 2" thick and give dimensions to object
2) AIM: Create the 3d Model of an Isolated footing as shown in Figure.
Introduction : draw Isolated footing in 3d modeling using auto cad 3d
Procedure:
Step 1) open auto cad (2019) with imperical
set unit as engineering (feet,inches)
and go for 3D modelling
step2)
go for top view and draw a rectangle
by choosing rectangle command of size @ 1'X1'
then choose OFFSET command and offset the rectangle through
at aprox double distance also draw same rectangle over it
then give height to smaller rectangle to Z axis at distance of 2'
and also height of biger one rectangle with Z axis at a distance of -6"
and joint the line using loft command
then using dimalined command give the dimension to object
result: we draw isolated footing using loft and rectangular command and dimension is given to object
3) AIM: Create the 3D view of the AASTHO Type Girder.
Introduction: draw a AASTHO type Girder using rotate3D command and extrude command
Procedure:
Step 1) open auto cad (2019) with imperical
set unit as engineering (feet,inches)
and go for 3D modelling
step2)
go for TOP view and draw a I section
draw a rectangle of size @1',6"
then draw bottom rectangle using rectangl command
bottom retangle from the bottom center of the top rectangle with size 6", 1'6"
and after that below 6" draw a rectangle with size 1'6", 6"
and fillet with 2" radies at bottom and connect all rectangle with help of line command by ortho offing
and trim the extra line using TRIM command
step3) make extrude to object
after completing top view
region the object using REGION command
and rotate it by 3D rotate command with 90 degre angle with x axis
and EXTRUDE the object with 10' at z axis
result: we draw the AASTHO using 3D rotate and EXTURE command
4) AIM: Create a 3d Model of a drop column with panel as shown in section and isometric view.
INTRODUCTION: using auto cad 2019 draw 3D modeling of column with panel .
Procedure
Step 1) open auto cad (2019) with imperical
set unit as engineering (feet,inches)
and go for 3D modelling
Step 2) go for top view
and select circle command and draw circle of 1'9" dia
with 10' extrude at bottom side with - z axis,
then secont rectangle with -1'6" at z axis of a size of 3'6" each
and by using loft command joint the both rectangle
and drwa a other rectangle of size 4'5" over that rectangle and joint line using loft command
and give dimension using dimlined and oriented with front size
and use hidden view from left corner of screen
step3)
hidden the object and rotate orbit by using 3D orbit
and shaded it for solid visibility
result: we draw the 3d model of a drop column with panel using loft and rectangle command
5) AIM: Create the 3d model of a wall as shown in Figure. Consider wall thickness as 9”.
Intoduction: draw a door opening with wall using auto cad 3D
Procedure:
Step 1) open auto cad (2019) with imperical
set unit as engineering (feet,inches)
and go for 3D modelling
step2)
take line command
make view as isomatric from top left corner
take a origine then draw a verticle line with 12'6" distance
then draw horizontal line of 10' length then again bottom with 12'6" and close the it and make rectangle
then gives 9" wall thickness by using line command
then go for middle of bottom line and make door of size 3'X7' with 9" wall thickness
then use CHAMFER command and chamfer the object with top middle to 10' from bottom
and trim extra lines using TRIM command
OR we can also draw this object by using POLYSOLID command with 9" width and 12'6" height
and by using subtract command we can make a opening
and after making object we use dimlined command for dimensioning object with text height is 3 unit
and finally EXTRUDE the object with 9" by using EXTRUDE command for making solid object
Result: we draw 3D model of wall using 3D command using polysolid command or also make it by line command with chmafer and dimension command
