- Aim: Mesh the given component as per the quality criteria.
- Objective:
- Take the mid surface.
- Geometry clean up and assign the property and thickness.
- Mesh the given component as per the requirement.
- Method:
- Geometry cleanup: After taking the mid surface it is necessary to clean the geometry that means to delete the unwanted faces, a proper connection has to be checked, no unnecessary triple cons should be there, feature capturing must be proper.
- Mesh generation:
- In order to generate the mesh the parameters mentioned above need to be followed. It is necessary to make sure that there are no errors found in the mesh and mesh flow is proper and the mesh is well connected.
- All these errors are mentioned below in the images.

Unnecessary construction lined are removed and for better mesh flow more lines are created. |
- Mesh Generation:
- As per the quality criteria the mesh is generated and all the errors are needed to be removed.
- Proper mesh flow is needed. All the opposing trias must be removed. The flow of the mesh is needed to be considered and a proper flow must be there.
- All the trias must be moving in the same direction and no rotating quad elements must be there.
