In this switch model ive faced more complicated issues in bolt arreas that hinged on the flat surface.

i eliminated only the part where the feature is not able to change.

it took me nearly 8 hrs to complete.

In the IGS part ive done it in 6 hrs , midsurfacing is very easy.

meshing took me time to complete, here also somewhere i make some changes in the geometry and but not on the bolt areas which is failing in the quality. because the target length is greater than the feature lenght.
