Aim:
Follow the below-mentioned quality criteria, mesh the component given below and assign thickness:

Solution:
After shifting all components into one collector we will do the defeaturing as shown below :
Now we will divide the components into 4 sub parts using surface trim:
Now we will move all these into separate collectors as shown below :
Part 1 : Left Bottom Corner
Now the mid surface for this bottom left part is made using the surface offset as shown below :
We get the following Mid Surface :
Part 2 : Right Bottom
Surface Cleanup:
As you can see some edges need to be cleanedup as shown above.
Now we will create mid surface as shown below :
Part 3 : Right Top
We will create the mid surface of the top right part as shown below :
Now in the same way we will create the mid surface for the left top part as shown below :
Therefore the whole part is given by :
Now we will be doing the surface clean up ny filling the empty surfaces:
The final mesh is as shown below :
Conclusion
Hence the above part has been meshed
