Aim :

Write a detailed report on Sheet Metal Component with good explanation on Sheet Metal modelling tools applied throughout the modelling. Also attach the Final model Images (Min. 4 images) of Sheet Metal Box Assembly.

Solution :

We have created tab and flange as shown below :

Now we have created two flanges as shown and applied closed corners as shown below :

We have created extra flanges and created hem for the as shown below :

Now we have created an dimple as shown below :

We will mirror this .

Now we create a dimple on the lower surface as shown below :

We have created the beads as shown below :

Now we have created the beads on the lower surface as shown and created the mirror :

Now we will create the hem on the edges as shown :

We have created flange to the lid as shown below :

We have added a flange and added open loop hem to it :
