Solution:
Cleaning the geometry :
Using the fix command we will remove these errors .
Creation of Mid Surface :
We will create mid surface of the main body as shown below :

After using extend and the new surfaces commands various parts were joined to the main body as shown below :
Meshing :
Since our target element length is 4 mm , we will perimenter length command to make the distance between hot cons as 4 mm as shown below :

The part is divided into half for meshing conveince as shown below :
The geometry cleanup has been done and now we will do the meshing after we set up the mesh quality:
After performing various commands such as mesh generation , copy about a plane and do a quality remesh we get the following :

Hence the above components have been meshed.
