Introduction

I am an ambitious Automobile Engineering graduate with a strong background in CAD and a passion for vehicle design. Currently pursuing a Master's certification program in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Design and Analysis, I aim to apply my skills in CAD, FEA, and manufacturing processes to contribute to the automotive industry's evolution. My technical proficiency includes CATIA V5, NX CAD, SOLIDWORKS, and MS Office, with expertise in Engineering Drawing, Drafting, 2D & 3D Modelling, Plastic Design, Sheet Metal Design, BIW Fixture Design, and Wiring Harness Design. I have showcased my skills through various projects, such as developing a Door Trim Panel using CATIA V5 and designing a backdoor assembly using Siemens NX CAD. Additionally, my academic project involved enhancing the performance and simplifying the design of a 4WD transmission system for an All-Terrain Vehicle. During my involvement in the International Level BAJA SAEINDIA competition for three years, I held positions from Steering Department Member to Design Head. I contributed to critical parameter analysis, material selection, and led a team in optimizing components using Solidworks. My academic project allowed me to apply Finite Element Analysis and simulations to optimize the transmission system, reducing weight and cost while maintaining performance standards. In addition to my technical skills, I possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and thrive in team settings. I have experience creating manufacturable 3D models and optimizing draft angles for smooth production and assembly. I am eager to bring my unique skills and experiences to a forward-thinking automotive company, confident that my passion for vehicle design and commitment to continuous learning will enable me to make a significant contribution to your team.
