UNDER BODY COATING :-
During the manufacturing of a car , a car body is made of various materials like iron , steel, aluminium etc . In OEM's to make a car light weight without decreasing its strength various alloys of iron and steel are used . over a period of time , due to oxidization , iron corrodes . this corrosion can weaken and damage the structure of vehicle . to prevent this from happening , underbody coatings are done on the car body .This coating protects the body from corrosion , dust , it also has chip resistant properties as well .
Types of underbody coating -
1 - Rubberised coating -
Rubberised coating gives a hard rubber like coating on the under body of car . this coating protects the car from dust , moisture and rust . this coating also has anti chipping properties . this coating is easy to apply .
2 - Wax or paraffin based coating -
This type of coating is the cheapest coating available to be done on underbody of car . however , the lifespan of this coating is very less and it needs to be reapplied again twice or thrice a year . before the reapplication of coating , the previous coating has to be completely stripped off and the vehicle has to be prepped nicely .
3 - Polyurethane coating -
This coating applies a layer of polyurethane on the underbody of the car . it protects the vehicle from abrasion , dust , rust and other deteriorating process . while applying this coating the surface needs to be prepped and cleaned from any previous coating or any dust ,moisture , or other particles .
4 - Zinc coating -
This type of coating applies a protective layer of zinc on part which protects it from corrosion , dust etc. It increases the life of component . application of this coating also needs a surface prep done onto the part or underbody . This coating is more durable than other coating .

DISADVANTAGES -

EJECTOR PINS - We will start by creating a sketch for the pins, we will make diameter 3mm pins . We will then use the cut extrude tool and cut the block with the sketch . Now we will use the same sketch and create a boss extrude and on one side give distance as 150mm and other side upto the surface . Now we will create…
