Preparing Schedule & Cost Estimation for a building using REVIT

1^ST ANS:USING OF SHORTCUT KEYS.

By using the shortcut keys like bx,mm,st etc the modefications are made and the results are attached in the answer.

2^ND ANS:ScheDULE OF THE ITEMS:

 Step:1 first the schedule option is taken from the architech tab and the option is selected as door for the schedule of the doors.

Then the required parameters are selected in the next window like name,type,count,area ect that required. Then press enter to get the schedule list of  door.

All the remaining options are also computed as explained above by selecting the apropreate options.

3^RD ANS:AREAS AND VOLUMES:

For areas and volumes area first the rooms are specified with the room tags and room seperater option.

Then the area option is selected and the type of the mode is selected for the level selection.then the level at which the rooms are located are selected and the areas are placed on the plan.

Repated same for the calculating of volume.

4^TH ANS:COST OF MATERIAL:

 For the cost of the material first go to the properties browser and then the cost of the particular item is enterted if there is not mentioned by dsefault. Then again go to schedule tab and select the particular item for the cost we required.

5^TH ANS:FRAMING OF STRUCTURE USING DYNAMO.

4.formwork setting.
5.incerting steel

6.concreting

B.NO WATER FROM THE PIPE.

1.check the connection

2.if the connection is not good replace.

3.if okay check the opening.

C.MONEY FROM THE CLINT.

1.if money not given stop the work

2.if money recived continue to work.
