1ST.ANS: BUILDING CODES ESSENTIAL FOR MODELING
For the design of the buildings or any type of construction the particular codes are to be followed based on the no.of reasons.
The codes are made based on the type of the terrine and the weather conditions for the structural design.
Based on the experiments the codes are made for the easy walk way into the buildings,good ventelation and space.
These codes are required for the approval of the building because of the above reasons.
2ND.AND:CODES USED IN THE BUILDING WHILE DESIGNING:
1.depth of foundation
2.thickness of walls.
3.size of rooms.
4.design codes for the building based on the height of the building.
5.height of the building based on the terrine.
3RD.AND:FIVE MAJOR STEPS OF DESIGNING IN REVIT.
Step:1
The first step of the design is to made a plan layout that may be a line dig or the plan that can be taken from the auto cad.
Step:2
The conceptual layout of the building is saved in the file and the new project sheet is taken based on the requirement eighter architech or structural are taken.
The layout of the structure is drawn on the sheet. With the given dimentions.
Step:3
After the creation of walls based on the layout, the modeling of the building in terms of architech is done.
Like the height of the walls,size of the flooring,celling ect.
Step:3
Required families are loaded and inserted in the model at the appropriate places.
All the requires elements like stares,curtten walls,doors and windows are placed.
Step:4
After the architech work is done the structural work is done are they both are made at the same time like placing of beams,columns,trusses,foundation details etc.
Step:5
At the last step the collaboration of the project sycronising of the project linking other projects files to the current project based on the requirements are done.
4TH ANS:
Disciplines involved in the project constructions:
1.plot dimentions are taken first for the plaining of the required building before that the soil conditions are taken if the buiding is highrised for an residential building it is roughfly estimated based on the soil.
2.preparing the plan of the required building in both architech and structural point of view.
3.The plans are then elevated in the 3d softwares like 3d cad,revit,sketch up etc for the better undresting of the project for the clint.
4.If everything is approved by the project and the engineer then the plan is taken for the official approval of the local governing bodies.
5.After the approval the construction is done step by step
1.foundation
2.superstructure
3.slabs
4.electrical works,exterior and interior finishings.
5.painting works etc
5TH ANS:HOW ARE BUILDINGS ARE CLASSIFIED:
Based on the purpose of the building,height of the building and material used the buildings are classified.
Like residential,commercial,apartments,school buildings,office buildings and industrial buildings ect.

b.school with capacity of 1000 students:Educationa B-2
c.a single unit shop:Business F-1
d.multistory shopping complex:Mercantile F-2
e.steel machine factory:Industrial

Design team:
Desing team completely take care abot the design of the project in terms of architech and steuctural the cost the project is not the major concern of the design team and the most the work is done on basis of the codes provided.
Management team:
The maangmaent team completely focus on the over all project in all aspects and will take care of the work weater it is going in time or not and in economical way.
They can make the changes in the project after the design is done.

c.Room sizing:BASED ON THE TYPE IT DIFFERES.
d.wall thickness:230MM
e.Thickness based on fire life and safety:100MM
f.Passageway requirements:NOT LESSTHAN 2.4M FROM CLAUSE 4.8.2,GENERALY NOT LESS THAN OPENING.
