Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 5 & 6 Challenge

For routing the harness we have to define the component first as a electrical part for this we have create the two harness as A and B .

Harness A :-

define the all connector as follow:-

In this way we have to define all the connector and then we have to position it as given

Then we have apply for branches as given to us for main branch we diameter as 15mm and bend ratio 1.4 & for the sub branch diameter as 5mm .

In this way we make the harness A .

For Harness B :-

define the all connector as follow:-

In this way we have to define all the connector and then we have to position it as given

Then we have apply for branches as given to us for main branch we diameter as 15mm and bend ratio 1.4 & for the sub branch diameter as 5mm .

Then add branch point and make sub branch

In this way our Harness B is done.

Then make new product file and add this two harness in it .

Adjust the harness at location and then join it by connector at given position.

In this way we make and harness routing of both harness is done.
