1.Aim: To draft the given geometries in Decimal unit in AutoCAD.
procedure to draft;
- Initially set the unit as decimal by using UNIT command.
- Choose the line command.
- specify first point as 0,0
- specify next point as @3<0
- specify next point as @2.12<45
- specify next point as @2.83<135
- specify next point as @2<180
- specify next point as c for close.
- Now choose the circle command
- give the centre point of the circle as 1.5,1
- specify the diameter as 1.2
- Again, circle command
- give the center point as the 1.5,2.5
- specify the diameter as 0.80
- Add the dimenssions
- The completed figure is shown in below

- Aim: To draft the given geometries in architectural units in AutoCAD.
Procedure to draft:
- First set the units by use of unit command as Architectural unit.
- Give the line command
- specify the first point as 0',5'
- specify the next point @2'5'''<270
- specify next point as @3'<300
- specify the next point as @2'6''<30
- close the command
- Again choose the line command
- specify the first point as the 0',5'
- specify the next point as the @8'<0
- specify next point as @1'9''<270
- specify the next point as the @2'10''<225
- close the line command and again give line command and join the endpoint
- Give the dimensions to the figure



3.Aim: To draft the geometries in engineering units in AutoCAD.
Procedure to draft:
- set the Engineering unit
- Choose the line command
- specify the first point as the 4',4'
- specify the next point as @ 2'6.5''<180
- specify next point as @3'3.0''<270
- specify next point as @5'0.1''<0
- specify next point as @1'6.0''<90
- specify next point as c for close.
- choose the circle command from the draw tool bar
- Select center diameter from the drop down
- specify the center point as 2'8.5'',2'3'' and press enter
- specify the diameter as 1'6'' and press enter.
- Add all the dimensions

5.Aim: To draft the given geometries using the Decimal unit in AutoCAD.
Procedure to draft:
- Set the unit as Decimal using unit command
- Choose the Rectangle command
- Specify the first point as 0,0
- Specify the second point as dimensions[length=11.50 and width as =6.00]
- Choose line command
- Specify the first point as the 3,0
- Specify the next point as @6<90
- Close the command
- Choose the offset command and give distance of 5.5 units toward right
- Choose the circle command
- Specify the center point as the 1.5,3
- Give the diameter as 2.00
- Offset that circle of 0.50 distance inwards.
- Now copy those circle keeping center as base point
- Specify the next point as 10,3
- Again select the circle command
- Specify the center point as the 5.75,3
- Specify the diameter of circle as 3.00
ADD all the dimensions


6.Aim: To draft the given geometries using decimal unit in AutoCAD.
Procedure to draw:
- Set the decimal units
- Choose the line command
- Specify the first point as the 0,0
- Specify next point as @1.5<90
- Specify next point as @1.5<0
- Specify next point as @1.5<270
- Specify next point as C for close
- Give offset command
- Select the bottom line and give the distance as 0.5 unit upward
- Give the offset for the side edges as 0.5 units two times at the right side
- Trim the all unwanted lines by using the trim command
- Choose the line command, specify the first point as 2.5,0.5
- Specify next point as @0.5<270
- Specify next point as @ 2<0
- Specify next point as @1.5<90
- Specify next point as @0.5<180
- Specify next point as@ 1<270
- Specify next point@1.5<180
- Specify next point @1.80<45
- Press ESC
- Choose the line command as first point 2.5,2.5
- Specify next point @2<0
- Specify next point @1.5<90
- Specify next point @2<180
- Press c and enter
- Offset the top line at the distance of 0.5 unis towards the bottom side [two times]
- Offset the right edge at the distance of 0.5 towards the Right
- Trim all unnecessary lines using trim command
ADD all dimensions


7.Aim: To draft the given geometries by using Decimal unit in AutoCAD.
Procedure:
- Initially set the units as Decimal
- Choose the line command from the command box
- specify the first point as 3,3
- specify next point as @100<90
- specify next point as @210<0
- specify next point as @75<270
- select offset command and give the distance of 10 units and draw an offset from 210 units line in downward direction
- Repeat the offset with distance of 30,20 in same direction
- Again select offset and give distance of 20 units and draw the line towards the left of 100 unit line
- Repeat the same from the 75unit line in towards the right
- Trim all unwanted lines using trim command
- Draw a line from line command of 70 units [use of first point as 3,3],next point as @70<0
- Choose arc command
- select the start-end radius option from the drop down box
- select start , end , Radius(35unit) and press enter
- select the circle command (center,diameter)
- take object snap is ''on'' select the [center point] select the center point.
- give the diameter as 50 units and press enter
- choose line command ,select the first point as the endpoint of 75unit line at down
- specify next point as @50<0
- select arc command and draw an arc by selecting start, end and radius as 25 and press enter
- select the circle command
- draw the circle by using diameter as 30
- Now select the fillet command and give radius as 15 unit at the top left and top right corners
- Again choose the fillet command and give the radius as 20 unit on bottom left ,radius as 6 unit on bottom right corner points and then press enter
- Give all the dimensions to the figures.

8.Aim: To draft the given geometries using Decimal units in AutoCAD.
Procedure:
- Set the unit
- Choose the circle command
- Specify center point as 5,5
- Specify diameter as 0.90
- Give the offset to the circle as distance through the 0.45 outward the circle
- Again choose the circle command
- Give the center point as 9.275,5
- Specify the diameter as 5 unit
- Give offset to the circle at distance of 0.50 unit inward the circle
- Now choose copy command
- Select the circle that are created in starting [both]
- Specify the base point as center of circle as 5,5
- Specify next point as 13.55,5
- Take object snap on by selecting tangent
- Choose line command ,and draw the tangent to circle in top and bottom side
- Trim the unnecessary parts
- Add the dimensions

9.Aim: To draft the given geometries using Engineering unit in AutoCAD.
Procedure:
- Set the units
- Select the circle command in draw tool
- Specify the center point as the 5’,5’
- Specify the radius of 8’
- Again choose the circle command
- Specify center point as 37’6’’,5’
- Specify the radius as9’
- Now select the circle command as tan-tan-radius
- Select the tangent of both circle at top
- Specify the radius as 41’8’’
- Again select the circle command as tan-tan-radius
- Select the tangents of both circles at bottom side
- Specify the radius as 20’10’’
- Choose trim command
- Trim all unwanted parts
- Add all the dimensions.


10.Aim: To draft the given geometries using the Decimal units in AutoCAD.
Procedure to draft:
- Choose the rec command
- Specify first point 2,2
- Specify the second point as : length = 5unit and width =5 unit
- Give offset at the distance of 0.20 inside the object
- Choose the rotate command ,specify base point as 2,2 at an angle of 45
- Now again choose the rec command
- Specify first point as 2,2
- Specify the second point as : length = 5unit and width =5 unit
- Give offset at the distance of 0.20 inside the object
- Trim all unnecessary parts
- Give the dimension

- Close the line command
- Again choose L command from start point as 20’4’’,13’6’’
- Specify next point as @3’<180

- Join the gap between the lines
- Add all the dimensions
