(A) FIRST WE HAVE TO MAKE AXIS SYSTEM FOR THE CONNECTOR MATING SURFACE ( CONNECTOR CAVITY AXIS) . FOR THAT WE MAKE A POINT IN MIDDLE OF THE SURFACE OF THE CONNECTOR MATING SURFACE. WHICH WILL BECOME THE ORIGIN OF THE AXIS SYSTEM.
IN THIS WE MAKE THE Y DIRECTION IN THE MATING DIRECTION.X IN THE LEFT DIRECTION AND Z IN THE TOP. AS SHOWN IN THE FIGURE ABOVE.
(B) CREATING CONNECTOR CONNECTION POINTS.
HERE WE DEFINE A POINT FOR THE BUNDLE ENTRY. FIRST WE MAKE A POINT EXACTLY IN CENTRE OF THE SURFACE. AT THE END OF THE CONNECTOR FOR THE BUNDLE ENTRY.
(C) DEFINE CONNECTOR.
1. SWITCH TO ELECTRICAL PART DESIGN.
2.CHOOSE COMMAND DEFINE CONNECTOR.
THEN CLICK ON THE COMPONENT
CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF TERMINATION. IN THIS CASE IT IS 8.
(D)DEFINE BUNDLE CONNECTION POINT.
