Aim -
Create the Coin Holder Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.
Design procedure:
The input Class A surface is checked for the discontinuities and joined together to get complete Class A surface as one.
TOOLING AXIS CREATION:
DRAFT ANALYSIS OF CLASS A SURFACE
CREATION OF CLASS B SURFACE
Since this is a complex component we separate some surfaces accordingly by giving some colours to the surfaces for our ease and then create the class B surface.
We start creating the class B surface for that we offset all the flat surface to 2.5mm and then we use the untrim tool to untrim the surface and then use the extrapolate tool to extend the surfaces. We do this the for all the separate sections we created and then we trim all the sections together.
Then we use edge fillet to fillet the corners wherever it needs.

PLASTIC MATERIAL WHICH I SUGGEST
Polypropylene is used the most frequently of any plastic in automotive manufacturing. Being a thermoplastic polymer, it can easily be formed into almost any shape. It has excellent chemical and heat resistance and is generally resistant to impact. Given this plastic's resume, you will frequently find it in car bumpers, gas cans and even the carpet fibers of your car's interior flooring. It's also a more economical alternative to expensive plastics of similar strength and durability, which helps drive down the cost of manufacturing.
