Week- 5 - Solid meshing

Weekn 5 solid mesh Rear view mirror

1. Firstly import the file to ansa software.

2. Do the geometry cleanup

3. Byusing option topo for geometry connection (cons)

4. Check the geomtry using geomtry option

5. fix the error using right click fix option , try to elements triples cons and other error

5. Now using mesh module assigning lenght using perimeter option to 1 unit

6. This will gie the proper geometry of component

7. use spot mesh tetra option in the fillet areas.

8. Before that assign mesh perametres such as avg lenght etc.

9. Fixing the elent using option recontruction in shell mesh which are not fulfing parametre criterio.

10. Use move option and origin to failed elements.

11. Now come to V mesh module.

12. Go to volume option and work on visble to select component

13. Now go to list option in volume and right mesh for Tetra FEM mesh.

14 In mesh quality solid parametre assign collapse value and check for it.

15 Use origin option to fix the failing elements
