Introduction:
what is tooling axis?
tooling axis is the direction in which mold and cavity open.
what is surface?
It is the portion or region of the object that can first be perceived by an observer using the senses of sight and touch.
in this project we discussing three surface class A surface, class B surface & class surface.
class A surface is sculptural surface means it is outer surface representing actual view to observer.
It's important consider mostly where aesthetic requirements held.
Class B surfaces are secondary surfaces mostly offsets of class A but are less important. It can be observe in such as glove box, flask, etc. It also can be said interior surface.
It is invisible surface which held bounding to Class A and class B surface.
what is draft analysis?
The draft analysis technique is used to analyze whether our part model created in CAD is manufacturable based on the draft condition applied.
Procedure for designing Class A, B & C surfaces:

Procedure for draft analysis
Conclusion:
Class B and C surface is successfully design and draft analysis verified.
