                                      A PILLAR DESIGN WITH A MASTER SECTION

MASTER SECTIION

                CLASS A, CLASS B, AND CLASS C SURFACE REFERENCE.

CLASS A SURFACE

                evaluate the surface's quality.

                    

      Examine any regions on the surface that have a border.

TOOLING AXIS

        Make two lines with the master section, bisecting the line and defining the tooling axis.

        

DRAFT ANALAYSIS 

        Draft analysis for class A surface

CLASS B SURFACE

 Create a B surface offset from the class A surface according to the master section.

missing surfaces create with swept surface.

Let's combine the surfaces and make the class B surface.

CLASS C SURFACE

 create the surface with swept & multi section surfaces.

FINAL SURFACE

Join the surfaces without any boundary.

SIDE CORE AXIS

   Using the master section, establish a side core axis.

DOG HOUSE & RIBS 

Make the dog house and ribs according to the master section.

Extrude the sketch convert to sloid.

to reduce the sink marks.
