OBJECTIVE
METHODOLOGY:
2.ASSIGNING RELEVANT PIDS
1.RIM PART--The rim is the "outer edge of a wheel, holding the tire". It makes up the outer circular design of the wheel on which the inside edge of the tire is mounted on vehicles such as automobiles.
2.TYRE PART--Tyre (or tire) is a circular and ring like part of a vehicle which comes in contact with ground. Tyres are fitted on rims and are filled with compressed air. Since their invention, natural rubber is the most widely used material in manufacturing of tyres.
3.SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY--The suspension system consists of tires, the air in the tires, springs, shock absorbers, struts, arms, bars, linkages, bushings, and joints. The suspension system components are located between the frame of the vehicle and the road.

Meshing can be generated using different mesh methods.
a.SPOT MESH--This function automatically meshes Macro and FE shell mesh areas using a special meshing method for Macro-Areas that have 'weld spot' nodes on their surface.
The Spot Mesh algorithm gives better results than the free meshing method and creates the optimum number of shell elements, taking into account the element type already selected and the defined meshing parameters.
b.BEST MESH--This function automatically meshes Macro Areas using all alternative meshing algorithms and keeps only the mesh of highest quality according to QCHECK. The Best function may be applied to selected unmeshed Macros, or to all visible Macros according to the chosen option (Selected or Visible respectively). The 'Re-Generate' option applied to selected Macro Areas where, firstly, erases existing mesh, if any, and secondly meshes them using the Best meshing algorithm. The 'Options' configuration feature enables the user to determine the meshing algorithms to be used. The resulting shell elements are of first or second order shell elements according to the status of the 2nd Ord flag.
C.BATCH MESH--batch mesh generation is a well organized way of meshing complex components.the mesh flow in batch meshing is perfect.feature capturing is perfectly done in batch meshing.
FOR PROPER MESH FLOW THE METHODS USED FOR IMPROVING MESH FLOW ARE
4.VOLUMETRIC MESH

Week 2 Air standard Cycle
AIMWe are currently working on developing code for the air standard Otto cycle to extract the pressure versus volume diagram and calculate the thermal efficiency of the cycle. The ideal Otto cycle is a thermodynamic cycle that describes how a spark-ignition internal combustion engine works. It consists of four…

week-11 Joint creation and Demonstration
Aim:demonstrate spherical, revolute, cylindrical, and translational joints between two rigid bodies and two deformable bodies. 2. Revolute jointTwo pairs of nodes are created for constraining, using Node edit option under Element Tools. The nodes 101, 102 are constrained to part 1 and 103,104 to part 2 respectively, using…

Week - 10 Hyperelastic Material Models
Objective:The aim of this study is to calculate the Mooney Rivlin and Ogden material constants and compare them using stress-strain data obtained from a Dogbone specimen tensile test with 100 percent strain. Background:Hyperelastic materials are defined as materials that can undergo more than 100% strain without experiencing…

CRASH BOX SIMULATION USING LS DYNA
OBJECTIVE In this challenge we have to perform a simulation of crash box it similar to car carsh. but, here instead of car and their element there is box like structure. Here are the information about challenge - The crashbox should crash into a rigidwall created using *RIGIDWALL_ keyword. Check the manual to understand…
