INTRODUCTION

                        in this project we will try to understand and learn the features which are used to do a part of rendering and modeling by using solid works 

  OBJECTIVES   

          it is to understand the features and the function of the solid works which is used for modelling and rendering of the american chopper and to get better insight of the feature and toos which are used in modelling of part and how exactly they work

TRANSMISSION BELT

          Belts are mechanical elements used for power transmission without phase shift. They are loops of flexible materials used to mechanically connect several rotating shafts, most often parallel. Belts can be used as a transmission element, to efficiently transmit power or movement.

KICK STAND

         A kickstand is a device on a bicycle or motorcycle that allows the bike to be kept upright without leaning against another object or the aid of a person. A kickstand is usually a piece of metal that flips down from the frame and makes contact with the ground.

FRONT FENDER

           Fender is the part of a vehicle that cover the wheel and its well (space where the wheel is housed). Its primary purpose is to stop the dirt, water or sludge from being thrown around by the wheel. It is often also called mudguard given its purpose.

            Fenders make a tremendous difference when you are riding roads that are wet from drizzle, recent rain, or snowmelt. In a hard rain, you may become wet with clean rain from above, but fenders will protect your body and bicycle from the mud and sand kicked up from dirty puddles and rivulets.

OIL TANK

          An oil tanker, also known as a petroleum tanker, is a ship designed for the bulk transport of oil or its products. CHAIN

             A chain is a serial assembly of connected pieces, called links, typically made of metal, with an overall character similar to that of a rope in that it is flexible and curved in compression but linear, rigid, and load-bearing in tension. A chain may consist of two or more links

             chain, series of links, usually of metal, joined together to form a flexible connector for various purposes, such as holding, pulling, hoisting, hauling, conveying, and transmitting power.

PEADAL

       a lever pressed by the foot in the playing of a musical instrument (such as an organ or piano) 2 : a foot lever or treadle by which a part is activated in a mechanism a bike's pedals.

               What is the use of front wheels?Front-wheel drive reduces weight, decreases production costs, and improves fuel economy compared to a rear-wheel-drive system. It also improves traction since the weight of the engine and transmission is directly over the driven wheels.

REAR WHEEL

          Rear-wheel drive is a form of engine and transmission layout used in motor vehicles, where the engine drives the rear wheels only. Until the late 20th century, rear-wheel drive was the most common configuration for cars. Most rear-wheel drive vehicles feature a longitudinally-mounted engine at the front of the car.

FRONT FORK

               Most forks incorporate the front suspension and front brake, and allow the front wheel to rotate about the steering axis so that the bike may be steered.

CHASIS

      Chassis for a car is analogous to the skeleton for a human body. Chassis, also known as 'Frame', is the foundation structure of any car that supports it from underneath. The purpose of the chassis is to bear the weight of the car in its idle and dynamic states.

     A chassis is the load-bearing framework of an artificial object, which structurally supports the object in its construction and function

FUEL TANK

         A fuel tank (also called a petrol tank or gas tank) is a safe container for flammable fluids. Though any storage tank for fuel may be so called, the term is typically applied to part of an engine system in which the fuel is stored and propelled (fuel pump) or released (pressurized gas) into an engine.
