    DETAILED REPORT

    For the creation of the tooling axis . i have extracted the base of the switch bezel and i have untrimmed the extracted part and i have placed a point on the surafce by using 'the point on surface' option. then i have takeing an axis syatem on the point and drawn a positioned sketch on the axis system.

    then i have drawn two lines and then intersected both the lines to form a bisecting . this bisecting line i have taken as the tooling axis

    DRAFT ANALYSIS

    from insert option the taken analysis and selected draft analysis and place the drafting diection on the tooling axis and check for the draft angle . the minimum draft angle for surafces is 3 degree
