Industry Projects

Our projects are designed by experts in the industry to reflect industry standards. By working through our projects, Learners will gain a practical understanding of what they will take on at a larger-scale in the industry. In total, there are 2 Projects that are available in this program.

Atomic Layer Deposition Chamber

This project involves the design of fixtures and a part-handling module for the automation of certain applications incorporating DFMA principles. Learners will have to design a leak-proof sealed chamber, along with its material selection. For this project, learners will have to download the required step files for the design process.

Gas Flow Calibration Cart Tool

This project involves designing a product assembly or module for a given application incorporating DFMA principles. In this project, learners will need to design a mobile cart tool with wheels and other features using sheet metal components. They will also have to download the necessary step files for the design process.
