Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper
Aim:- Create the Bumper Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.
Take the Thickness of the component to be 3 mm
Class A Surface
Tooling Axis:-
The coloured line is tooling axis and is created by taking a line in X direction to the surface
Class B Surface
Take a offset of Class A surface and then surfaces that are not connected or missing make it using extract, extraplolate, boundary,trim command and also give proper fillets
Class C surface
Join of surface A and C
Final element surface
The final surface created by trimimg join AC with B surface
