COIN HOLDER DESIGN
OBJECTIVE
To create coin holder design through given class A.
CREATION OF TOOLING AXIS
In a cut sectional view of class A. Create lines by extending the tapper faces. Create a line by bisecting these extented line. If the class A has four faces try the same with the adjacent faces and try to make a common line bisecting the bisecting lines. The final bisecting line remains the tooling axis.
CREATION OF CLASS B SURFACE
By extracting the class A surfaces. Create class B surface by untriming, extrapolating and offsetting. Trim the faces to create class B.
CREATING CLASS C SURFACE
To join class A and B a intermediate surface is created and thats called class C.
By sweeping the class A surface using with reference surface option and at an angle of 90deg.
TRIMMING THE A, B AND C SURFACE
By trimming the C surface with the B surface and trimming with the A surface the final surface is achived.
