Objectives:
1. Create a Tetra mesh for the given geometry.
Procedure:
1.Firstly, import the geometry & select the file type STEP.
2.Clean the following geometry manualy.
3. Now,by using the toggle,we toggle the lines where the meshing is failed.
4.Then, go to 2D meshing and mesh the geometry with element size 5 . Also select mesh type is tria.
Command:[2D>>automesh>>surface>>element size 5>>tria>>mesh]
5.Now, go to the 3D for tetra meshing and mesh with given criteria min. length is 2 and max. length is 7 and also tet collapse is 0.15.
Command:[3D>>tetramesh>>tetramesh parameters]
6.After that, mesh the geometry.
7.Check the meshing is done or not. By delete the element or mask the element.
8. Check the min.length,max.length, and tet collapse failed element.
Command:[Tool>>Check element>>3D>>tet>>save failed]
9.After that, mask the element that are failed.
Command:[Tool>>Mask>>element>>retrieve>>mask>>reverse]
10.Lastly, fix this element by manualy or tetra remeshing.
For tetra remeshing go to tetramesh and select tetra remesh. Also unmask adjacent.
Command:[ 3D>>tetramesh>>tetra remesh>>element>>displayed>>remesh]
By manualy , replace the node.

12.Now for second geometry,
13.All the procedure is same.

Model 2:-
In this model 2, we have to create the 3D tetramesh by Quick Tetra Mesh or Volume Tetra Mesh methods.
Procedure:-
1.Firstly,Import the geometry.
2.Clean the following geometry by manualy.
3.Now, toggle the unnecessary lines and toggle the lines where meshing may be failed.
4.Then, go to tetra meshing.
Command:[3D>>tetramesh>>volume tetra>>element size 3>>select>>solid>>displayed>>mesh]
5.After that, check the following geometry meshing and failing elements.
Command:[Tool>>check element>>tet collapse>>save failed]
Command :[Tool>>mask>>element>>retrieve>>mask>>reverse]
6.Lastly,fix this tet collapse manualy or by tetra remesh.
7.Final Model.
Model 3:-
In this model 3 , we use the Quick tetra mesh method.
Procedure:-
1.Firstly,Import the geometry.
2.Now, mesh the following geometry.
3.Its not possible to mesh all the entire geometry so hide the other geometry and mesh one by one.
4.Now, clean the above geometry and toggle the unnecessary lines.
5.After that, go to quick tetra meshing.
Command:[View>>browser>>hypermesh>>utility>>Geom/mesh>>mesh tool>>Quick tetra mesh>>component>>element size 4 >>mesh type >>trias only>>mesh]
6.Lastly, Check the tet collapse element and fix them .

Conclusion:-
In this challenge, we learn about how to mesh the 3D model by using 2D to 3D method in first model.
In the second model, we learn the volume tetra mesh method.
And in the last model, we mesh the model by using Quick tetra mesh method.
