MODELING, ASSEMBLY and PHOTO REALISTIC RENDERING OF AN AMERICAN CHOPPER
OBJECTIVE:-
To create part drawings, To create 3D models, To assemble the created parts.
To Create a photo-realistic rendering of an American Chopper using Photoview-360 in Solidworks.
INTRODUCTION:-
American chopper was a famous motorcycle in America from the 90s. This is the custom bikes that we are going to model in Solidworks.

1.Transmission belt :
Features used - Offset, Fillet & Boss Extrude.
2.Fenders :
Features - Revolve, split, and fillet
3.Kickstand:
Features - loft, dome
4.Chain:
Features -curve driven pattern, boss extrude, block
5.Oli tank:
Features - Boss extrude, shell, combine, fillet
6.Pedal:
Features - are Boss extrude, fillet, linear pattern
7.Front wheel:
Features - Revolve Boss, Boss Extrude, Cut Extrude, Fillet, Chamfer, Mirror & Circular Pattern
