Objective:-

Theory:-
MODAL 1:-
After Complete geometry Clean up
After Extracting the mid surface
Few holes were less than 5mm so eliminated all those holes by using spline tool
Completely Meshed with zero failing elements
After thickness is assigned
MODAL 2:-
Complete Mid surface without any errors
Completely meshed with zero failing elements
MODAL 3:-
While measuring the thickness of the model using Distance tool
Using the auto mid tool for mid-surface extraction
Few Fillets were less than 3.5 which was the minimum element length so to avoid failing of elements at the fillets region
I used the Midline tool to create a midline between two lines of Fillets then after getting the midline I used surface trim with lines tool
to project that midline as a con over the mid surface
and then used the toggle tool to suppress the edges of the fillets
that's how I eliminated the fillet surfaces
Complete Mid-Surface with zero geometrical errors
Model after complete mesh and with zero failing elements
Procedure of creating a new property and material
Model after thickness is assigned and 2 D detailed element representation is enabled
