Week 8 - Challenge 5 - Door Trim Lower

In this challenge we have to create Door Trim Lower with the help of Class A Surface.

For that we got the Class A Surface, first we check the Class A surface quality (boundary check) & i found some error in Class A surface, after correction the error in class A surface then we create the tooling axis & the with the help of tooling axis we perform the draft analysis with 3 degree draft angle, & the Class A surface is clearing the draft analysis with 3 degree draft angle, below are the images for the same,

After the i have created the Class B & C srufaces resp. & then formed closed body object, see below image,

after that we performed the darft analysis on the closed body surface, & the final closed body have the min. draft of 2.75 degree & clearing the with the main tooling axis, image are below,
