Week 8 - Challenge 6 - Core & Cavity Design

In this challenge we have created Core & Cavity Block by using Parting surface, Parting line & tooling Axis.

And for the component the minimum draft angle is 2.1 degree as shown in attached image. we have created the tooling axis with the three faces of the componet by using bisecting method.

Parting line/Parting Surface the Knee intersection where the core & cavity seprated, and it must be on Class B surface side to so that the component can be manufacture without any deffect on class A surface.
