Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation - Challenge 2

In this challenge we have to create Dog House in Door trim part with the help of Class A Surface.

For that we got the Class A Surface, first we check the Class A surface quality (boundary check) then we create the tooling axis & the with the help of tooling axis we perform the draft analysis with 3 degree draft angle, & i found that the some area in the Class A surface is not clearing the draft analysis with 3 degree draft angle, below are the images for the same,

And for this error i asked the TES and they confirm me that i can go further to create closed body surface & can mention the Class A error in the report.

After the i have created the Class B & C srufaces resp. & then formed closed body object, see below image,

after that we performed the darft analysis on the closed body surface, & the final closed body have the min. draft of 2.7 degree & clearing the with the main tooling axis, image are below,

Now we cerated two dog house as per the challenge & after createing the dog house we done the draft analysis for the dog house also, image are below,

the dog house have the darft angle of 1.5 degree & the outer wall of the dog house is clearing the draft analysis with the main tooling axis with min. darft angle of 1.45 degree. and for the inner wall or faces to clear the draft analysis we have to create an another tooling axis or side core axis, after creating the side core axis we draft the inner faces with 0.5 degree draft & then we again perform draft analysis & it is clearing the all the inner faces with this side core axis with mininal draft value of 0.45 degree. image are below,
