Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss) - Challenge 1

In this we have created Attachment Feature (Ribs & Screw Boss) in Door Handle part as per the Design rules.

for this we got Class A surface as an input, And when started working on it i found that the Class A surface is not clearing the draft analysis with 3 degree draft which means that Class A surface have some error in it and this need to be correct before further process to get the proper clossed body output, further i found that this same surface have min. draft value of 0.9 degree. images are below for the same.

Now with this surfcae we have created the Closed body part, below are the image in different orientation & geometrical set. and in draft analysis i found that the final closed body part have the same error as Class A surface, hence this closed body have the min. 1 degree draft angle, but at the bottom side or the lower side this draft analysis is showing - draft angle but when we flip the direction some area is clearing the draft analysis, but i didn't got the proper reason why it is happing, so for that i asked the Nivetha Vijayakumar mam then she told me that this might be due to class A surface error, that is why i am subbimted this model as she told me not worry about this.

Then we have created the Two Ribs & Screw Boss as per the desing rules, but there are dimension are missing the input drawing so for that i have taken these dimension my own by consierding the image in the challenge box, both the Ribs & Screw Boss have 0.5 degree draft & 0.25 mm radius & thickness 4*thickness, below are the images fore the same,

in the draft analysis both the Ribs & the Screw Boss having the draft of 0.5 degree but at 0.5 degree it is not clearing in green color but at 0.45 degree it happens, for this also is asked the Nivetha Vijayakumar mam & she told it is ok subbmit it.
