First the P Clamp solid part is opened in the CATIA and created required points and planes respectively as shown in figure.

after the require data available to define the given p clamp as electrical part

changing the workbench from part to electrical and then defining it as an support part by selecting the command called Define support.

After defining the part as electrical by selecting the required points and planes, the part is saved in file, in order to save in catalogue

Then it is saved in catalogue.
