Wiring Harness Routinng Assembly

Procedure :

The Connectors are downloaded and opened in CATIA.

Each and every connector is electrically defined in the in Electrical Part Design workbench.

Then a new product file is opened.

A Geometrical bundel is created in the newely created product file.

All these connectors are bought into the Geometrical bundel.

All the connectors are placed according to the layout given.

The routing is made by using the Multi branchable document command.

For each segment of routing and the sub branches of routing the required bundel diameter is given. 

After that for ecah segment of routing the suitable protective covering i.e.. Cot Tubes are provided.

The connectors are routed with different bundel diameters according to the layout.

Protect covering is added to the routing.

Hence the connectors are routed according to the given layout.
