underbody is uswally a dense claddding applied uniformally to the undercarrige of the automobile. it is normally sprayed or painted on when the car is just out of the dealership and is clean.But even if you are getting the undercoatting applied after a couple of years, it,s fine to0.this is because it can prevent further damage to the unddrcarriage.

PURPOSE:-

minimiz sound:-it minise the sound from underneath of car resulting a noiseless,smothe driving experiance.

Heat insulation:-it insulate the interiore of the car from the outer temperature.

anti chipping property:-if any stones hits the coatting it does not get chipped away hence protect the underbody from exposer to water.

TYPES:-

1-RUBBISHED UNDERBODY COATTING:-

this is generally thought of as best underbody coating for your car. it preserve the underbody well, protecting it from scarcthes.

2-WAX BASED UNDERBODY COATTING:

this-more -or less -ephemeral undercoating will wear away in afew month's time.on the upside,wax-based undercoating puts up a big fight against moisture.it is also the most affotdable option out there.

3-APHALT BASED AUTOMOTIVE UNDERBODY COATING:

Best suited for lorries,truck and lage vehicles this provides a greater degree of potection compared to rubber-based coattings.However,asphalt-based coating contain little amounts of rubber for sound-isulation purpose of applying this coating is abit time-consumming though.

4-POLYMER UNDERBODY COATTING:-

this coating closes up splite and fracture on the underbody of the vehicle .it offer up good protection against corrosion and also bonds with the metal . unlike in the case of ashalt-based coating,you can paint over the polyurethane coating
