Advanced Sheet Metal Design Using NX Cad Challenge_1_Casing Design

CASING DESIGN:-

1- objective:-

in this tutorial we learn the step by step the procedure how to design the 'sheet metal casing' using the siemens NX sheet metal application.

2-Introducion:-

sheet metal ia a metal formed by varius idustrial process in to thin, flat pieses.

becaus it flate property it can be use in to the varius part.specifically in automobile sectore

thickness can be vary significantly.

3-Approach:-

4-description of tool:-

TAB-

Is acommand use to create the base feture by extrude the skect along the vectore or by adding material to existing faces.

NORMAL CUTOUT:-

Is a command use to cut out the material by projecting a skech on to the model and then cutting

perpendicular to the surface .

FLANGES:-

Is acommand use to add a flate flange at an angle to a plane face and add a bend between the tow.A flange consist of a end region and a web.
