objective:-

design the Odd Shaped Enclosure insheet metal using NX CAD.

INTRODUCTION:-

in this project we design Odd shaped Enclosure using basic sheet metal commands.

Design methodology :-

DESCRIPTION:-

feature tool used to create the odd shaped enclosure:-

1-sketch:-

It is used to make a 2d sketch

2-Extrude:-

used to extrude 2d sketch

3-sheet metal from solid:-

it is used to create the sheet metal from solid body

4-flange:-

used to mack a flange on sheet metal body

5-Jog:-

used to create a jog(like a bend shape)

6-unbend:-

used to to unbend the sheet metal body9create the flate shape)

7-bead:-

used to make bead on the surfae (like a dimple shape)

8-hole:-

used to create a hole on the surface of sheet part

9-rebend

it create the original shaped to sheet metal body by rebending it.

10-Flate pattern:-

used to make a flate form of component.
