UNDERBODY COATING
Underbody coating are the protecting coating used to protect the vehicle from external environment to ensure the integrity and safety of the cars. The used of the UBC play a very important role in the service life of the vehicle. In genera, it is required to spray such a protective in the manufacturingof the new cars. Due to highly competitveness of new car sales, car producers have pressure to reduce the manufacturing cost, so thay reduce or even completely eliminate the use of the underbosy coating where it is not easily seem by car owner.
In inida road condition, a car underbosy is most prone to corrosion. Underbody coating provides long term protection from corrosion to car's underbosy. It is also protects parts like internal bosy panel, frame rails and others. Inner cavities that are not physically accessible but are prone to corrosion.

1. Risk of damage during application:
Care must be taken while applied the underbody coating. this thick rubberised paint if not applied properly can get moving mechanical part and cause premuture failure- such as into the U-joint or CV joint in a car in a drive shaft. thay can also hinder smooth movement of the suspension component, if applied incorrectly. and there also the risk of the overspray on the car's paint finish on the lower edge of the car.
2. It can not do anything about the already present
For an undercoating to be effective. It must be in place the underbelly of your car begins to rust. If you apply it over corrosion, you won't be making an improvement. it will look better until the rust breaks its way through the layer of undercoating you've applied. if you have rust present then it must be removed before the undercoating applied.
3. It works best on new cars
If you purchest a used vehicle then the cost of preparing the underbelly for an undercoating might be more the value of the car. The best time to apply the undercoating is when you buy new car.
4. An undercoating is not impervious to damage
