- REC enter for Rectangle
- Specify first corner point 0,0
- Specify other corner point @2800,630
- X enter for Explode
- Select objects click to select rectangle then press enter
- O enter for Offset
- Specify offset distance 345 enter
- Select object to offset click on right vertical line
- Specify point on side to offset move cursor left side Esc
- Continue offset at distance of 20,20,1170,20,1175,20 respectively from right to left
- Offset at distance of 20 for top and bottom horizontal line
- By offset command create a small box size of 30x50 at left bottom side
- Trim and Erase command used to remove unwanted line
- With the help of Line, Copy, Erase, Offset command to create desired shape
- Door swing created with the help of Polyline, Line, Arc, Circle and Mirror command
- For hatching create rectangle first, then rectangle fill with pattern ANSI31 of scale 28 after that erase rectangle
- For showing circular direction use command 3-point Arc, Line and Copy
- Provide text using Multiline Text with font Verdana and height 60
- D enter for Dimension Style Manager
- Change dimension line colour yellow, extension line suppresses check mark on Ext line 1 and Ext line 2 from Lines Tab
- Change the arrowheads first & second Dot Small from Symbols and Arrow Tab
- Text font Verdana and text placement vertical & horizontal select centred from Text Tab
- Use over all scale of 20 from Fit Tab
- Specify object according to layers



STEP 4) Front Elevation Created
- REC enter for Rectangle
- Specify first corner point click above the plan
- Specify other corner point @2800,2600
- X enter for Explode
- Select objects click to select rectangle then press enter
- O enter for Offset
- Specify offset distance 12 enter
- Select object to offset click on left vertical line
- Specify point on side to offset move cursor right side
- Select object to offset click on top horizontal line
- Specify point on side to offset move cursor down side

- Specify offset distance 100 enter
- Select object to offset click on bottom horizontal line

- Create a temporary rectangle left outside side attached with elevation
- Fill rectangle with hatch pattern ANSI31 scale 28 after that erase temporary rectangle
- Specify name with Multiline text and Dimensions
- Specify object according to layers



STEP 5) Carcase elevation created
- REC enter for Rectangle
- Specify first corner point click right side of the front elevation
- Specify other corner point @2800,2600
- O enter for Offset
- Specify offset distance 12 enter
- Select object to offset click on rectangle
- Specify point on side to offset move cursor inside of the rectangle
- Again, offset at distance of 20
- X enter for Explode to all rectangle
- Select to erase both inner bottom line and both inner right line
- Offset at distance at 100,20,680,20,300 and 20 respectively from bottom to top
- Select offseted line 300 and 20, then selected object copy from distance 300 for three times up side
- Offset from right to left at distance 345,20,20,1160,20 and 20 as per given dimension in drawing
- Trim and erase command used to create required shape
- With the help of draw and modify tool created accessories like briefcase, suitcase, bunch of cloths, bunch of shirts, cloth basket, safe, hanger and chest of drawer for carcase elevation
- After created accessories converted into Blocks then place as per given location
- Copy hatch and text object from front elevation drawing then paste in carcase elevation drawing as per given location
- Specify name with Multiline text and Dimensions
- Specify object according to Layers



STEP 6) Side elevation and section created
- REC enter for side elevation Rectangle
- Specify first corner point click right side of the carcase elevation
- Specify other corner point @630,2600
- O enter for Offset
- Specify offset distance 12 enter
- Select object to offset click on rectangle
- Specify point on side to offset move cursor inside of the rectangle
- X enter for Explode to both rectangle
- Select to erase inner bottom line
- Offset at distance at 100,760,40 and 1180 respectively from bottom to top
- Trim and erase command used to create required shape
- Copy whole object and paste right side of the original object
- Used Modify tool to create as it is shape of Section-1 and Section-2 given in drawing
- Copy hatch and text object from front elevation drawing then paste in side elevation and section-1 drawing as per given location
- Specify name with Multiline text and Dimensions
- Specify object according to Layers

Q2. Draw the floor plan as shown in the Figure. Use the proper drafting tools to sketch the plan. Do not hatch or draw the furniture. You need to draw the floor plan with the following:

- Trim and erase unwanted lines
- After creating external and internal wall select all line and set layer as Walls from layer property
2)Staircase
- Set layer as Stairs for staircase and create multiple staircases as given in plan which tread 300 with the help of line, offset, erase and trim command
- Zigzag line created from Express Tool Menu in Draw Tool select Break Line
3)Door’s window
- Change layer as Door Window and Ventilation
- Doors, Windows and ventilation created with Line, Polyline, Copy, Move, Rotate, Mirror and Offset command for different sizes which is specify in below attachment
- After draw Doors, Windows and ventilation create as a Blocks with names and insertion base point
- Then select to place at required position or location
4)Dash Line
- Select layer as Dash Line from layer property and created dash lines as per given drawing with the help of Polyline and Line command
4) Ducts
- Set layers as duct for creating ducts by line command
5) Furniture & Plumbing
- Ribbon > View > Palettes > Design Center
- Select required furniture and plumbing items, copy them to the drawing
- All furniture to be scale for the position
- Outdoor canopy inserts as a block from other drawing file which is draw in 4th week of challenge

- Select the font name as ARIAL
- and change the text height as 80
