Wiring harness routing & packaging Rules Week 3 Challenge
Supporting Part
P Clamp: -
P-Clamps provide a light, fast, and efficient harness solution to cable mounting.

Defining electric properties to p clamp
In electric part there is one entry point and one exit point but here p clamp has two entry point and two exit point
For entry and exit we create two plans and one base plan

Bundle Can entry either from right to left or left to right that’s why it need two entry and two exit
Back Shell
A Back Shell is used to shield the wire connection points of the inter-connecting cable and the connector. Some Back-Shells include a cable clamp to secure the cable to the back shell and connector.

Defining properties to Back shell: -
Here are two point one is Back shell connection point and another is bundle connection point.
For Back shell connection point we need to create Axis having Coincidence with Y axis , Oriented with X axis

There is also bundle entry point
For bundle entry point we just create one point and select surface where bundle is touches

Corrugated tubes
The corrugated tube on the wire harness has a damage-preventing function, it is necessary to distribute the tube in the space in the interior of the vehicle in correspondence to the shape of the wire harness and install it invisibly.

We Made Corrugated tubes part file as per following table and made catalouge
