Wiring harness routing & packaging Rules Week 3 Challenge
Q1) To define electrical support using an Electrical Part Design Workbench. And also to define all the necessary properties.
Solution:
The P-clamp model has been imported to the Catia V5 interface. The geometric and electrical properties have been defined. Following are the screenshot captured while configuring the properties to the geometric model.
The below image shows the geometric definition for the P-Clamp model.

The below image shows the geometric definition for the P-Clamp model for one side.

The below image shows the geometric definition of the P-Clamp model for both sides.

Q2) To define the electrical back shell using an Electrical Part Design Workbench. And also to define all the necessary properties.
Solution:
Connector: Rectangular
Type: Protection & Strain Relief Accessory
Rectangular Backshells & Clamps

Q3) To create the following Corrugated tubes & add them to the Catalogue under the “Slit COT” family.
Given Geometric properties are as follows:
| Name | ID (mm) | OD (mm) | Thickness (mm) |
| 15mm COT | 12 | 15 | 1.5 |
| 20mm COT | 17 | 20 | 1.5 |
| 30mm COT | 32 | 35 | 1.5 |
| 10mm COT | 7 | 10 | 1.5 |
| 5mm COT | 3 | 5 | 1 |
Solution:
