AIM

to flatten the wire harness and draft the wiring harness assembly

HARNESS FLATTENING

. WE go to the harness flattening workbench and define the flattening parameters.

. We are using the command called extract to bring the harness assembly file to the flattening workbench here.

. choosing a suitable plane we flatten the harness assembly.

. the bundle segments are rotated at the required angles.

. the harness assembly is then drafted.

. Flattening parameters are defined in order to make the bundle and corrugated tubes visible in 3D drawings

as compared to the week 4 challenge a small change in corrugated tubes are done for the smooth bending of branches.

CONCLUSION

The flattening and drafting of wire harness is succesfully taken.
