Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge
Q1. Route the following harness layout in Electrical workbench. Make assumption for harness bundle diameters. Use Following connectors as shown in layout diagram.
Add protective covering on all branches connected to DT06-2S & DT06-4S connectors. Keep end extremity at 30mm (from connectors end)

First we download all the given parts and then electrically define them.

Then we opened a new product file, transferred all the connectors into that file and arranged them according to the prescribed layout.
Then we defined the product as a geometric bundle and routed the multi-branchings to the connectors.
then we added the protective covering.
After that we make sure everything is as per the prescribed layout.
