Wiring harness design

Define parts using Electrical Part design Workbench. Define all the necessary properties to Connectors & Clip.

1. Connectors

Wire harness connectors provide an uninterrupted electronic signal between a wire harness and a power source.

1. Mounting Clip

Mounting Clips are used for supporting conduits. These clips are made of High Quality Impact Resistant Polyamide. The mounting clips are stackable and are fixed with the help of screws on to the panel or equipment surface.

Defining Properties to connector: -

For connector we need to define bundle connection point, connector connection point and cavity connecting point.  

Connector connecting point

For connection connecting point. we need to make axis where Y axis should be coincidence and orientation should be on X axis

cavity connecting point: -

Bundle connection point :-

For Bundle connection point we need only centre point of terminal

Defining Properties to mounting Clip: -

For mounting Clip. we need to make axis where Y axis should be coincidence and orientation should be on X axis
