Aim:-Create the rib for the Drill Handle considering the design rules mentioned in the video.

Tooling Axis

Take a extract of the surface make a point and take line in Y direction to create tooling axis

Class A surface

Class B surface

Take offset of A surface and make proper B surface by taking care of vanished surfaces

Class C surface

Take boundary of class A surface and then sweep it

Join AC

JOIN A and C surface

Final surface

Trim join ac with B surface

DRAFT ANALYSIS

Draft analysis class A surface( with uneveness draft angle 3 degree)

There is a defect in the class A surface becaues the red patches there is uneveness and the angle there is less than 1 degree that is less than 3 degree
